What are The Best Exercises to Get Rid of Cellulite on Legs?

Cellulite is a skin illness mostly happened with women, when blood and lymph functions abnormalities lead to fat hypodermic tissue changes in one’s body. The most widespread cellulite problem is on legs. So the best way to get rid of cellulite on legs is to do exercises.

Here are some useful tips for training.

1. It’s better to have a daily 15-30 minutes long training.

2. Repeat number should be more than 15 times.

4. Choose 1-2 exercises for every muscle group

5. Every exercise should be repeated 3-4 times.
Here are some exercises to get rid of cellulite on legs.

Stand straight; put your hands on the chair back for support. Take your right leg back and lift it up for 5 feet, pull your toe. Slowly sink your leg down, but don’t put it onto the floor. Do the same exercise with the left leg.

Exercise 2. Leg lifting on forearm support.
Take the position of forearm support. Stand on a left knee, put your right leg straight back. Pull your toe, tighten your belt, the low back part is straight. Sink your leg practically up to the floor and then raise it up again. Do the same exercise with the left leg.

In back lying position put your left heel on the floor as nearer as you can to your buttocks. Lift your pelvis and pull the right knee to the belt. Fix this position for 10-15 seconds. Have 2-3 repeats for every leg.

Exercise 4. Heel pressure
In back lying position bend the right leg, put the left one on the floor relaxed. Bend slightly the left leg and press the floor with your heel. Fix this position for 10-15 seconds. Have 2-3 repeats for every leg.

Stand on the floor relaxed. Put forward your left heel; leave your hand on the right thigh. Slowly put your buttocks back, your top body part forward and shoulders back. Fix the position for 15-20 minutes. Do the same with the right leg.

You can also use dumbbells for exercises. Stand straight, stretch your abdominal muscles, take dumbbells and try to sink down slowly with the back straight until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Take the original position. Do some repeats.

Remember that you not only should know the exercises to get rid of cellullite on legs but also eat special anti-cellulite food. Exclude from your menu caffeine, soda, fizz, sweets and fried food.
